This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) group class focuses on strength and conditioning through varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. However, don't let the name scare you. This class is welcoming to all fitness levels and will challenge everyone from the beginner to the advanced athlete as each workout is customizable. The 60-minute class will include a guided warm up, instruction on proper form, a fun dynamic workout and end with a mobility-focused cool-down. Bring a mat, water bottle and a set of dumbbells if you have them.

Johnena is an Air Force wife and mom to three kids. Through her own fitness journey, she has developed a passion for helping women become healthy and fit for all aspects of their everyday lives. Johnena has coached CrossFit and Bootcamp classes since 2018. She has a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.
