The "original" cardio drumming and strength program designed for whole body-brain workout, while seated or standing. Classes are modified beginner to advanced using stability balls, drumsticks, maracas and more.
Instructor: Dorie Phillips, MT-BC
Dorie is a Drums Alive Master that has been offering a variety of programs for 17 years as owner of Music Jamboree, LLC to Oakwood and surrounding communities.
February Session:
Day/Dates: Tuesdays, February 28, 2023 - April 18, 2023 (No session March 14, 2023 and April 11, 2023)
April Session:
Day/Dates: Tuesday / Thursday, April 27, 2023 - May 23, 2023 (No session May 9 & 11, 2023)
