                  SENIOR ADULT PROGRAM FEE WITH HEALTH CENTER.


This Membership is for non-residents, age 60 or older, who wish to participate in OCC programs at the member rate. Applicants must be 60 years of age or older at the time of membership application.

When purchasing a membership you will be asked for a date. If this is a new membership please select the date of purchase or if you are renewing your membership(s), the start date would be the day after your current membership expires.

Membership is valid for one (1) year from the time of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Once you purchase a Health Center membership, please email head shot pictures of each family member listed on the membership to OCC@oakwood.oh.us and we will assign you a key fob that you can pick up at the front desk. (If you have a pool membership you will be using the same key fob you use for the pool for the health center). You will scan in and out of the health center Starting Monday, June 28, 2021 at the front desk of the OCC. You must have a key fob to gain entry to the Health Center. 

Senior Adult Program Membership Fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.
