Multi-sport camps are designed to introduce young athletes to a number of different sports in one camp. Sport sampling will allow them to learn, have fun and begin to formulate their passion for a particular sport. Designed to motivate children to lead a healthy active lifestyle while giving them the fundamental skill sets needed to succeed and grow in whichever sport they choose. The participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 12:1.
Participants should bring:
Appropriate clothing, Shin-guards, Water Bottle, Running shoes and Sunscreen.
