Get ready for an unforgettable summer at Jack's and Jill's Summer Camps! This action-packed recreational camp is the perfect place for kids to make new friends, try new things and create amazing summer memories.
We will have two snack times during the camp, in the morning and afternoon, and then a lunch break at noon. If your child has dietary limits or food allergies, please make sure to inform camp counselors the first day of camp. You are welcome to provide your child with his/her own snack for camp also. Please make sure your child has a lunch packed and can be stored at the OCC. Lunch will "NOT" be provided by the OCC.
Parents are also required to complete a Participation Form, which is linked on MyRec. Please complete this form after registration and either email to hayes@oakwoodohio.gov or turn it in to the Camp Counselors the first day of camp. Be sure to provide a valid email address when registering, as all camp communication will be sent electronically.

Theme: Imagination Station
Where creativity comes to life!
Campers will dive into a world of creativity through art, storytelling, building, and hands-on challenges. Each day sparks imagination with themed projects, cooperative games, and inventive problem-solving. From designing inventions to acting out original stories, campers will explore new ideas while building confidence and teamwork skills.

Theme: America 250: Explore America
Discover the people, places, and stories that shape our nation!
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, campers will travel across the country without leaving camp. Through games, crafts, history-inspired activities, and geography challenges, kids will learn about famous landmarks, cultural traditions, and important moments in U.S. history. This camp blends fun with discovery while encouraging curiosity and civic pride.

Theme: Lost Island: Survival Camp
Can you survive the adventure?
Campers are “stranded” on a mysterious island and must work together to complete daily survival challenges. Activities include shelter-building, scavenger hunts, teamwork games, and problem-solving missions. Kids will learn leadership, cooperation, and critical-thinking skills—all while having an action-packed island adventure.

Theme: Superhero Camp
Unleash your inner hero!
Every camper becomes a superhero in training! Campers will design their own superhero identity, create masks and gadgets, and take part in hero challenges that build strength, agility, and teamwork. With obstacle courses, creative crafts, and mission-based games, kids will learn that true heroes use kindness, courage, and cooperation.
