Kiddie Kamp
Kiddie Kamp is a magical time for children ages 4 - 6.  This camp is designed with Pre-K and Kindergarten kids in mind.  We will provide a wide variety of activities that will keep them moving, laughing and enjoying the summer.  The camps will meet Monday through Thursday in Shafor Park.  Each camper will receive an email before the start of camp with important information.  Parents will also need to fill out a participation form that is linked on MyRec.  Please fill out this participation form after registration and email to hayes@oakwoodohio.gov or turn in to the Camp Counselors the first day of camp.  Please make sure you provide your email upon registration!  Space is limited so register early to be sure your child doesn't miss the fun!


Medieval Times
Theme: Medieval Times
Campers, get ready for a week full of fun learning about the medieval times! The camp counselors will have fun crafts for campers to make their own medieval shields and crowns. You will also get to play some fun medieval games. Campers will get to choose their own medieval flag and colors to represent through the week. You won’t want to miss out on this week of camp to be a Knight in shining armor!

Mythical Beasts
Theme: Mythical Beasts
Have you ever wanted to create your own mythical beast pet that you can take around? This week at camp you will get to do that! Campers will also get to learn about some of the mythical beasts and magical creatures from their imaginations. Whether it’s a magical unicorn or powerful minotaur, get ready to get creative as camp counselors will have plenty of games and crafts for you to do during Mythical Beasts Kiddie Kamp.

Time Travel
Theme: Time Travel
Have you ever wondered what it was like to be around during ancient Egypt or when the dinosaurs roamed the earth? Well this week, campers will get to travel back in time and find out! During this week of camp, campers will get to make their own time machine to travel back in time and learn all about the past. This will be a fun week that campers will not want to miss!

Under The Sea

Theme: Under the Sea
Bring your swim trunks and snorkels and get ready to dive in to this fun week of Kiddie Kamp! Campers will get to learn about all the fun creatures and plants that live under the sea. Maybe you will get to learn about some of your favorite characters from your favorite movies like Little Mermaid or Moana. Camp counselors will have a lot of fun activities and crafts for campers to do this week.

Creepy Crawlers
Theme: Creepy Crawlers
Look around you as you walk outside and discover all the creepy crawlers that surround us! Some may not be as creepy as you thought. During this week of camp, campers will get to learn all about these creepy crawlers. Campers will get to learn about how important insects are to our planet and ecosystem. Camp counselors will have a lot of fun activities and crafts planned to teach them about those creepy crawlers at this week of Kiddie Kamp.
