Drums Alive
Come join us and try this class out. We will be offering full sessions in the fall. Seniors get the beat! The "original" cardio drumming and strength program designed for whole body-brain workout, while seated or standing. Classes are modified beginner to advanced using stability balls, drumsticks, maracas and more. 

Instructor:  Dorie Phillips, MT-BC
Dorie is a Drums Alive Master that has been offering a variety of programs for 17 years as owner of Music Jamboree, LLC to Oakwood and surrounding communities.

Fees:  $15 per workshop
