This is a basic deep-water exercise class. Benefits include no impact, improved flexibility, improved muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Recommend bringing your own equipment but noodles and water weights will be available.
Fees: $72 (Pool Member Only)
COVID PROTOCOLS: Enter pool area wearing a mask until you find a location for your things. Remove mask when entering the pool (because you are not submerged, you can leave it on if you prefer). The class is social distanced. You will need to wear mask when exiting the pool and to and from the restroom.
