Water Aerobics
This is a basic deep-water exercise class. Benefits include no impact, improved flexibility, improved muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Recommend bringing your own equipment but noodles and water weights will be available. 

Days:  Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays

Dates Session I:    May 27, 2024 - June 14, 2024
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $90 (Pool Member Only)

Dates Session II:   June 17, 2024 - July 5, 2024 (No Class June 28, 2024)
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $80 (Pool Member Only)

Dates Session III: July 8, 2024 - July 26, 2024
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $90 (Pool Member Only)

Dates Session IV:  July 29, 2024 - August 9, 2024
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $60 (Pool Member Only)
Instructor: Kathy Hensley
Kathy has been certified with the Aquatics Exercise Association since 2002 and has taught water exercise classes for 38 years. She has lived in Oakwood for her entire life and raised her three children here with her husband of 28 years. She is an English language specialist for Centerville City Schools and tutors children with dyslexia in her spare time.
