Oakwood Youth Wrestling Clinic (Grades 1 - 6)

This clinic is an introduction to the sport of wrestling. Rules, scoring and basic skills will be taught in a non-competitive environment. Each participant will learn takedowns and finishes, escapes, reversals and pinning combinations. Wrestling shoes are NOT required. Participants should wear shorts, a t-shirt and athletic shoes. Make sure to bring a water bottle also.
