Drums Alive
Seniors get the beat! The "original" cardio drumming and strength program designed for whole body-brain workout, while seated or standing. Classes are modified beginner to advanced using stability balls, drumsticks, maracas and more. 

Instructor:  Dorie Phillips, MT-BC
Dorie is a Drums Alive Master that has been offering a variety of programs for 17 years as owner of Music Jamboree, LLC to Oakwood and surrounding communities.

October Session:
Day:   Tuesdays
Dates:  October 4, 2022 - November 15, 2022 (No class November 8, 2022)
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $40 per session 

November Session:
Day:  Tuesdays
Dates:  November 29, December 6 & 13, 2022
Time:  8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
Fees:  $20 per session

Location:  OCC Great Room
