Sit, sprint, jump and climb your way through a calorie-burning HIIT workout on a bike! Music will guide you through a mixed interval heart-pounding workout so you'll feel energized, excited, sweaty and exhausted at the end of each class. Classes run 45 minutes and will be followed by brief stretches on or next to the bike. Bring your water bottle and a towel and be ready to work!
