Dancercize
You'll be in great shape!  Begin with a 30-40 minute aerobic workout using choreographed routines.  Follow with a body sculpting cool down using light hand weights and conclude with floor work to increase strength and flexibility. 

Days:  Mondays and Wednesdays
Time:  9:00 A.M.  -  10:15 A.M.

June Session:  June 3, 2024 - June 26, 2024 (No class June 19, 2024)
