MID SEASON MEMBERSHIPS FOR GARDNER MEMORIAL POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE STARTING JULY 15, 2025. 

YOU MUST BE AN OAKWOOD RESIDENT TO PURCHASE A POOL MEMBERSHIP.

Only people who reside PERMANENTLY at this address may be included in this membership.

The pool membership season generally extends from May 24, 2025 to September 1, 2025. However, as our
pool operations rely upon students and other seasonal employees, these dates are subject to adjustment
due to staffing availability.  A membership season of a specific number of days is not guaranteed.

Please Note: Gardner Pool closes at 4:00 P.M. on days of Swim Meets.

**Your OCC Membership must be valid through Labor Day (September 1, 2025) in order to purchase a pool membership at the OCC member rates below. If your OCC Membership expires before this date but you want the discount, you must purchase a new OCC membership to start the day after your current one ends.

Guest Passes (purchase at the pool) Individual Guest passes will be sold at the pool with a member present
Fee: $7.00 each pass
 
House Guest Passes (purchase at the pool)
Passes will be sold to a member with visiting house guests. Passes are per family for 7 consecutive days.
Fee: $35.00

Pool Babysitter Pass (purchase at the pool)
Pool members may purchase a pass for their child’s babysitter, which is good for 10 visits.  The babysitter must be at least 16 years of age and responsible for children ages 11 and under.
Fee: $30.00

Beginning Saturday June 28, 2025 there will be a change in lap lane usage at the Gardner Memorial pool. From 12:00PM – 4:00PM daily the first lap lane will be used for a “skills” lap lane for children aged 17 and under who wish to practice their swimming skills. It will return to an Adult only lane after 4:00pm each day. The other two lanes will remain open daily (unless the pool is closed, etc.) for adults only.

LAP LANE RULES
  1. If a lap swimmer is waiting for a lane, limit your workout to 30 minutes.
  2. Ask before entering into a lane with someone. 
  3. When possible share the lap lane (circle swim)
  4. Approved lap lane equipment: goggles, kick board, pull buoy, paddles, and fins.
Pool Membership Fees are non-refundable/non-transferable. 

Membership Information
A Mid Season Pool Membership entitles members to full use of Gardner Memorial Pool during posted recreational swim hours and special events from July 15 - Labor Day. Pool memberships are for Oakwood Residents Only and are good for one pool season. Your current OCC Membership must be valid through Labor Day in order to purchase a pool membership at the OCC member rate.
