Meet the Author: Sara Kaushal
Local Author Sara Kaushal delves into the eerie parts of the Dayton area. She shares fascinating parts of Dayton's history along with spooky stories, urban legends and true crime.
Sara Kaushal was born and raised in a suburb of Dayton, Ohio and now lives in another one with her husband, Ravindu and their son, Yuvi. Sara is the author of Murder & Mayhem in Dayton and the Miami Valley, Dayton Ghosts & Legends and the soon to be released Murder in Victorian Dayton. Sara owns an ever growing pile of "to be read" books and is the primary author of the blog Dayton Unknown. She has a knack for finding four leaf clovers and loves to cook Indian food.

Bottled Water: What You Don't Know May Harm You
Presented by: Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum, Rx Integrative Solutions, Loveland, OH
At the end of the presentation attendees will be able to discuss various water sources, the different resins used to manufacture single-use water plastic bottles and their risks, the pro/con of tap water vs. bottled water and multiple water filtration systems available for business and home use. Information will help consumers be more informed when purchasing/consuming water.
Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum is a Holistic Clinical Pharmacist, Certified fitness Nutrition Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Founder/CEO of Rx Integrative Solutions, a private office-based health & wellness practice in Loveland, OH. There she evaluates her clients' medications, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle choices for better health. She is a member of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine and has traveled to China to study herbal research and global healthcare solutions. Her broad professional experience spans academia, hospital-based clinical practive, the pharmaceutical industry and health consulting. Dr. Cathy hosts 'Your Holistic Health', a Cincinnati-based radio show and is a published author (Don't Sweep It Under the Drug - Amazon.com).
