Oakwood Ballet
Ballet 3/4 (ages 8-10, with experience)
This course, for third and fourth graders, focuses on steadily building coordination through classical barre/center work in a sound and healthy manner. It includes the study of epaulement, introduction of  the Cecchetti Directions, pirouettes and allegro combinations.
 
DRESS CODE: Pink footed tights, royal blue round neck, short-sleeve leotard (Bloch # CL5402) pink leather ballet shoes. Hair required to be in a bun.
  
Spring Performance!

Day:  Thursdays
Dates Spring Session:  March 14, 2024 - May 2, 2024 (No lesson March 28, 2024 & April 4, 2024)
Time:  4:00 P.M. - 5:20 P.M.
Fees:  $95 (M)*, $142 (NM), $190 (NR)

Important Dates:
Thursday, February 15, 2024:  Measurement Day  (Costume Fee is Due)
Thursday, May 2, 2024:  Spring Performance

Our last Open House of the season will be our Spring Performance!  
Students will have the opportunity to share their learning experiences in a fun format during their regularly scheduled day and time; no additional rehearsal time required.
 
Costumes: For this special occasion we will have costumes made for each dancer which are theirs to keep. Costume Fee: $20 cash or check payable to Camille Morris.
New students should contact Miss Camille for additional Costume Measurement options.
 
Teacher: Miss Camille
Miss Camille was a company member of American Ballet Theatre (NYC) and holds an MFA from New York University.  She is an ABT Certified Teacher in all levels and serves as a Teachers Training Course Examiner for the National Training Curriculum.
