Instructor: Coach Anderson
Coach Anderson is a fitness professional who is passionate about helping individuals maintain their physical abilities as they age. As an Active Life Professional she has received education and training in bridging the gap between fitness and healthcare and years of experience working with individuals over 50. Anderson lives in Kettering with her husband and 1-year-old daughter. She works for Altered Gym which is the only gym in Dayton to provide group strength training. We have full-time, professional coaches delivering programming that blends the best from proven methodologies. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for individuals to gain strength, improve mobility, and increase cardiovascular fitness.
