Join our welcoming community for a focused, 50-minute workout programmed specifically for adults aged 50 and up. In a safe and supportive environment, we focus on developing functional strength and improving balance and coordination with the goal of protecting your independence. Come build confidence, make friends and feel great moving your body.
Instructor: Coach Anderson
Coach Anderson is a fitness professional who is passionate about helping individuals maintain their physical abilities as they age. As an Active Life Professional she has received education and training in bridging the gap between fitness and healthcare and years of experience working with individuals over 50. Anderson lives in Kettering with her husband and small children.
