Ever wonder how a cake can defy gravity? Well, this class is for you!  
Join us for a fun Valentine's Day class about the intricacies of cake structure and how this special cake is assembled to be a spectacular 3D treat! WOW!

You will be taking home a unique 7 inch 3D Standing Heart Chocolate Cake! 
 
You will learn how to:
- Prepare a heart-shaped template 
- Identify appropriate food-safe cake tools
- Hands-on with fondant and molds
- Hand pipe buttercream with icing tip                                              
- Apply ribbon to cake board
- Secure cake in box for transport
All supplies included!
