Mommy & Me Yoga
Join Judy and Baby Summer from Mommy and Me Yoga for a whole-family yoga party!

Bring the newborns, toddlers, big kids, teenagers, Mom & Dad, grandparents,  aunts, uncles and any other family members, because this workshop will have something for everyone!

Judy Shaw is a conscious mama to three kiddos from Beavercreek and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Her current favorite yoga pose is The Breastfeeding Tree, with One-Armed-Baby-Modified High Crescent as a close second. She's excited to offer an inclusive class for caregivers of all types to move their bodies and breathe with their little ones, where parents can show up ten minutes late with messy hair and a pooping, screaming toddler and be welcomed rather than judged.
