NEW! Yoga 101
Come and join me for a total mind, body, and spirit balancing! Enjoy this vinyasa style practice that flows each movement and pose with breath. This class will focus on flexibility, balance, strength, proper alignment of poses, and mindful breathing. Students can expect a good deal of movement, but no worries, this class can be modified for all levels. Yoga is for EVERY-BODY!
Please bring your own mat and water bottle. If you practice with straps, blocks or other props pertaining to yoga, feel free to bring them as well!
Instructor: Jeanine
Jeanine has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Over the years she has taught a variety of styles ranging from gentle to hot power classes and ages ranging from 2 to 80. She has her 200 RYT & ERYT Certifications and is recognized by Yoga Alliance. She also has Specialty Certifications in kid yoga, teen yoga, and chair yoga.
