Immediately she knew Pilates was exactly what her body had been missing and desperately needed. Pilates addressed the imbalances she had developed through years of long distance running . Since Pilates has become a regular activity in her life, she has been able to continue a very active lifestyle with minimal injuries and quick recoveries. Helping people through the combination of Pilates and Yoga is a true love of hers and she does it with great pride. She feels passionately about the benefits it can offer to everyone.
