She is from Indiana but has been converted to a Buckeye. She took her first private Pilates session in 2011. Immediately she knew Pilates was exactly what her body had been missing and desperately needed. Pilates addressed the imbalances she had developed through years of long distance running . Since Pilates has become a regular activity in her life, she has been able to continue a very active lifestyle with minimal injuries and quick recoveries. Helping people through the combination of Pilates and Yoga is a true love of hers and she does it with great pride. She feels passionately about the benefits it can offer to everyone. Her consistent suggestion to anyone she meets is "Just try it! Pilates can help you!".
