Young Intermediate Ballet (Ages 8-11, with experience)This course, for experienced dancers entering grades 3-6, continues to build classical technique in a sound and healthy manner. Dancers learn to utilize kinetic memory as building blocks from which they increase  their understanding of our beautiful art form. She is an active professional member of the National Qigong Association and participates regularly in continuing education.  She is a licensed mental health counselor in Centerville, Ohio in practice for over 25 years with specialties in stress reduction and mindfulness training.
