12:30 PM - 3:30 PM    Camp Shafor Day Camps (Ages 7 - 10) - Camp Shafor - Rockstars
Here comes another fun season of Camp Shafor!  This recreational camp gives children an opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of activities including field trips, crafts, games and lots of fun!  Our Friday field trip will take us to exciting new locations each session.  You will need to plan on dropping off and picking up your child from the Friday location.  Each camper will receive an email before the start of camp with important information that will need to be filled out and turned in to the counselors on the first day of camp.  Please make sure you provide your email upon registration!  Space is limited so register early!Parents will need to drop off and pick up children from Friday field trip locations.Theme: Adventure CampLet's start off the summer right and have some adventures this week of camp.  Camp counselors will have plenty of adventures for the campers to enjoy during the week. Campers will get to make their own adventure maps and some items to take on their adventures.  You won't want to miss out on all the fun adventures for the first week of Camp Shafor.Theme:  Harry PotterHogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is coming to Oakwood for this week's camp.  Campers will get to learn some of the same spells that Harry Potter learned in the books and movies.  Everyone will get to make their own wands to use their spells with along with many more crafts and games from Harry Potter.  Don't  be a Slytherin and miss out on all the fun at this camp!Theme:  STEM WeekCampers will get to learn some of the cool stuff you can do with science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  Camp counselors will have basic projects and crafts to do that use all these great elements that makes up STEM learning. NEW!! This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) group class focuses on strength and conditioning through varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. However, don't let the name scare you. This class is welcoming to all fitness levels and will challenge everyone from the beginner to the advanced athlete as each workout is customizable. The 60-minute class will include a guided warm up, instruction on proper form, a fun dynamic workout and end with a mobility-focused cool-down. 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Indoor Spinning - Indoor Cycling - July Session
Sit, sprint, jump and climb your way through a calorie-burning HIIT workout on a bike!  Music will guide you through a mixed interval heart-pounding workout so you'll feel energized, excited, sweaty and exhausted at the end of each class.  Classes run 50-60 minutes and will be followed by brief stretches on or next to the bike.  Bring your water bottle and a towel and be ready to work!

Sit, sprint, jump and climb your way through a calorie-burning HIIT workout on a bike!  Music will guide you through a mixed interval heart-pounding workout so you'll feel energized, excited, sweaty and exhausted at the end of each class.  Classes run 50-60 minutes and will be followed by brief stretches on or next to the bike.  Bring your water bottle and a towel and be ready to work!

NEW!! This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) group class focuses on strength and conditioning through varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. However, don't let the name scare you. This class is welcoming to all fitness levels and will challenge everyone from the beginner to the advanced athlete as each workout is customizable. The 60-minute class will include a guided warm up, instruction on proper form, a fun dynamic workout and end with a mobility-focused cool-down. Sit, sprint, jump and climb your way through a calorie-burning HIIT workout on a bike!  Music will guide you through a mixed interval heart-pounding workout so you'll feel energized, excited, sweaty and exhausted at the end of each class.  Classes run 50-60 minutes and will be followed by brief stretches on or next to the bike.  Bring your water bottle and a towel and be ready to work!

Boost the intensity fo your fitness routine by adding a water workout! Water aerobics provides all the benefits of a land aerobic workout without the pounding of the hard floor. Water provides a natural resistance that increases cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning.
